Terms & Conditions:
- ‘The client’ meaning the one who purchased the service from DIET ENRICH, need to accept the ‘Terms of Services’ before preceding to payment.
- If you as the client, do not accept the ‘Terms of Services’, please do not proceed with the purchase. We are not entitled for the disagreement of any of the following terms after the purchase is made.
- Availability of Dietitian / Health Coach :
Chat: The health coach/dietitian is available on chat for: Monday to Saturday – 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CET (Sunday: closed)
Call: Without appointment, calls will not be entertained. Appointments can be booked from the available slots in the system. It is a client’s responsibility to book a timeslot in the system or request a dietitian in advance to do so.
- Validity & breaks:
Validity
- Start Date: The package validity starts from the ‘Start Date’ mentioned at the time of enrolling for the package. Hence, if booking a package in advance, make sure that the ‘Start Date’ is correct. The start date of the package cannot be changed once the package is booked. If you want to enrol for a package in advance, you can book for a package only 2 weeks in advance.
- Validity defined for different packages:
1 month package is valid till 30th day from the package start date.
3 months package is valid till 90th day from the package start date.
6 months package is valid till 180th day from the package start date.
9 months package is valid till 270th day from the package start date.
Breaks / Package pause
Validity extension rights are with the team of - 'DIET ENRICH'.
Validity extensions will not be given in case of uninformed breaks.
One must inform in case they need a break during package validity period. Uninformed breaks will not be entertained.
One must inform about the needed break well in advance (at least one week before the start of the break), through the chat window, or on our official mail ID. Intimation about breaks via any other modes of communication will not be entertained. When you communicate about the break needed on a call, make sure that you drop the text about the same on chat window or email.
There are no breaks/ package pause allowed for 1 month package.
Breaks / package pause allowed:
3 months package: 1 break or package pause of maximum 1 week (7 days).
6 months package: 2 weeks (maximum 2 breaks / package pause allowed with the total 14 days)
9 months package: 3 weeks (maximum 3 breaks / package pause allowed with the total 21 days)
Any break communicated (even if the days are less than 7) will be considered as 1 break/package pause.
Team 'DIET ENRICH' will not be responsible for changes in the health parameters (weight, measurements, blood glucose, cholesterol etc.) during the break period. You will be guided for healthy lifestyle modifications for the break. But we do not claim any guarantee.
- Privacy:
All the information shared for the diet consultation (including your identity, weight, diet and personal details) are safe with us and are not shared with anyone or at any platform or any professionals without your written consent. You can go to ‘privacy policy’ to read it in detail.
- Guarantee:
We do not claim any guarantee of the results to be achieved.
The physical parameters (like height, weight, body measurements) & biochemical parameters(like Blood glucose levels, lipid profile, hemogram, hormone profile etc.) vary person to person. They differ with the person's health, climatic conditions etc. They also depend on individual’s consistency and dedication. Hence, we do not give assurance or guarantee of any specific changes.
- Cash back or refund:
The results achieved depend on commitments from both the sides (from team of 'DIET ENRICH' and client). The results vary person to person, depending on many factors.
Hence, we do not have any refund policies.
Due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.
If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this Programme that are not yet paid shall remain due.
- Appointments & calls:
The client is responsible for taking an appointment in the calendar for each call (assessment call, diet consultation call & follow-up calls).
No call will be entertained without prior appointment.
DIET ENRICH is not entitled to entertain any request of a call beyond the ‘Working hours’ specified in the app. Hence the client must check the calendar time slots / working hours. If the timeslots mentioned in the app do not suit your time zone, DIET ENRICH team will not be entitled to provide any consultation beyond the mentioned working hours. Any purchase made will be considered ‘informed decision’ by the client. And no refund will be generated.
If the client misses to book follow-up calls entitled for your package validity period, we (DIET ENRICH) are not entitled to provide you any appointments or diet plans beyond the ‘Validity’ of the package purchased.
- Client Data:
We will be sending emails at the email ids provided by the client and we will be making calls on the phone numbers provided by the client. In case the client has given a wrong email id or phone number for correspondence, in that case DIET ENRICH will not be responsible for the information loss or privacy loss due to the message going to an unknown destination.
The data that the client provide in the registration form when the client register at DIET ENRICH may be seen by the service providers such as dietitian or operations and maintenance team repairing and maintaining our technical systems. DIET ENRICH does not have Non-Disclosure Agreements with these concerned parties who may be able to access the client information.
In the case of danger to self or others and in the case of any legal investigation, DIET ENRICH will have the right to share the concerned client’s information with the law enforcement authorities.

- Payment policies:
There is no provision for any EMIs or multiple instalments at DIET ENRICH. Full payment will be collected at the time of enrolling for any package.
Payment gateway used at DIET ENRICH is safe and well-known payment gateway. The payment data is fully processed by the external payment service provider such as Razorpay or Stripe. Hence we are not entitled for the payment data.
- Any payment made towards any group session / webinar is only entitled for that single session for the mentioned duration. We (DIET ENRICH) are not entitled for any refund or rearrangement of the session in-case you (the client) miss to attend it for the given date & time.
